End of a era

After almost 12 years working in Leicester city centre, today I started my new job based in Nottingham. This marks the end of an era for my photography, without a doubt the lunchtime photo walks in Leicester have done more for my photography that any thing else I’ve done. A huge part of this has been my Leicester photography partner Dan. Pre-lockdown we would go out and walk at least once a week, often two or three times a week. Armed mostly with my x70 for the whole time. Post covid these walks became less frequent, but just as enjoyable and important.

Here are some of my favourite images taken during these lunchtime walks, all with the Fujifilm X70, all with Dan by my side.
